Entrepreneurial arm of National University of Singapore (NUS). The Ecosystem Building team operates one of the most extensive startup ecosystems in the world, leveraging on world-class research and innovation capabilities twinned with market connectivity through our regional and global nodes.


We are recruiting the pioneering team for our CyberSG Talent, Innovation and Growth (TIG) Collaboration Centre, established in collaboration with the Cybersecurity Agency of Singapore (CSA). The Centre serves as a convening platform to integrate and create cybersecurity programmes for industry and talent development in Singapore, and serves as a global node for international cooperation on innovation. It will help build a vibrant cybersecurity ecosystem by bringing together local and international cybersecurity stakeholders, including industry, academia, cybersecurity professionals and government stakeholders to leverage the opportunities posed by digitalisation. We are currently hiring an Assistant Programme Manager (Events) to anchor our Talent pillar that includes:


  • Driving integrated programme management for existing and new talent programmes that we develop or implement in partnership with CSA.
  • Working with various programme partners and stakeholders for the implementation of programmes that generate interest, grow pipeline of cybersecurity talents and build cybersecurity capabilities for relevant industry professionals.
  • Responsible for conceptualising, managing, and implementing the full spectrum of events organisation, including pre-event to post-event management, marketing plans and budget tracking for multiple events, workshops, and networking sessions.
  • Account managing partners as required, seeing to the smooth execution of events and programme activities, manage related stakeholders and resources, internal and external.
  • Provide programmes needs analysis, proactively tracking programme success and iterate on programme design as necessary using a data driven approach.
  • Serve as an active ambassador for our programmes and see to the marketing of our programmes to relevant audience, including social media, email campaigns and partnerships.


Qualifications

  • Ability to see the big picture while having a knack for implementation down to the finest operational details.
  • Resourcefulness and communication skills to work with stakeholders in ensuring smooth running of programmes and operations.
  • Good project management skills and embrace a data driven approach in providing operations and reporting.
  • Committed to a culture of excellence in pushing ourselves and supporting our team mates to be world class in what we do.
  • Experience in the cybersecurity/related-industry and/or talent development programmes would be advantageous.
