Job Description


Under the general direction of the Credit Control Executive and Finance Manager, performs filing, printing, checking and posting of accounts.




1. Assist in the receipting of commercial accounts. Match receipts to invoice number or if necessary search via name or account number where cheques are forwarded without identification.
2. Printing daily receipts and matching with bank in slips.
3. Filing receipts and bank in slips by day.
4. Reprocess lab numbers as requested by laboratory staff and business office staff.
5. Answer telephone enquiries for commercial accounts. Any telephone enquiry that is not fully unIssue Credit Notes (CN) and Debit Notes (DN) to Clients.
6. Monitor and summarize for management at month end.
7. Follow-up and researches missing patient’s account number on payments and bills.
8. Communicates with physician’s office and patients in obtaining information and resolving problems.
9. Familiarity with client accounts and discounts applicable.
10. Works with marketing staff to maintain updated and current listing of same.
11. Matching of Supplier’s Invoice against Purchase Order (PO) and Delivery Order (DO). Scanning of Supplier’s Invoice to Invoicing System (Filewise).
12. Ensure the accuracy and correct identification of all patient and doctor information for processing.
13. Other duties may be assigned.




Requirements


1. Minimum GCE 'O' Level


2. Experience in handling Billings matters or finance background is preferred.
