Business Analyst (Outsystems)

Responsibilities:

• Elicit and manage the stakeholder’s business requirements and translate them into detailed requirements documents, including user stories, use cases, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications.
  
• Determine and document current business processes, to identify and understand the users’ needs.
  
• Perform functional testing to ensure that developed features meet user requirements.
  
• Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure that developed applications meet user needs.
  
• Collaborate with Quality Engineer to develop test plans and review of test cases to ensure comprehensive test coverage based on the business requirements.
  
• Work closely with developers to ensure that the implemented solutions align with the defined business requirements and quality standards.
  

Requirements

• Minimum three (3) years’ experience as a Business Analyst, Scrum Master, Product Owner or equivalent in Agile projects.
  
• Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Computer or Electronics Engineering, Information Technology, or related disciplines
  
• Proficiency in requirement gathering, analysis, and translation into actionable user stories.
  
• Experience in applying Agile techniques to iteratively prioritize and define requirements.
  
• Working experience with Atlassian products (Jira, Confluence, XRAY) will be an added advantage.
  
• Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  
• Experience with user story writing and user acceptance testing (UAT).
  
• Basic understanding of Out Systems or low-code development platforms.
