Centre Manager (Education)

Our client is a music education company. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for a Centre Manager to join their Education Team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in the multiple areas in Singapore - easily accessible.

Duties of Centre Manager:

• Make a specified number of outbound sales calls daily.
  
• Meet monthly targets for lead generation, sales/enrollments, and lead conversions.
  
• Mentor and support team members to achieve their individual targets.
  
• Respond promptly and professionally to incoming calls and emails.
  
• Conduct sales activities and events to support lead generation and conversions.
  
• Retain customers through effective problem-solving and maintaining high service standards.
  
• Drive centre growth by providing excellent customer service and reducing student turnover.
  
• Maintain or exceed target conversion rates from trials to enrollments.
  
• Plan and manage teacher growth initiatives to meet monthly targets.
  
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
  
• Handle general administrative tasks.
  

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years' relevant experience
  
• Able to commit to working Reatil Hours and Weekends
