Clinic Operations Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Oversee and manage daily operations of the clinic, and to ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
  
• Manage clinic staff, capacity planning, infrastructure management as well as patient-handling to ensure that the clinic meets service standards.
  
• Assist in frontline operations of the clinic including patient registration, payments, booking of appointments, financial counselling, and stock-taking.
  
• Prepare documents and reports for management reviews.
  
• Liaise with vendors and service providers to ensure equipment and operational needs are adequately met.
  
• Carry out market research, competitor and patient surveys.
  

REQUIREMENTS:

• Relevant Experience in healthcare
  
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  
• Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
