Course Consultant

Job Overview:

The Course Consultant is responsible for educating and promoting prospective clients about our range of training courses. You will engage with both B2B and B2C sectors to understand their needs, provide informed recommendations, and ultimately facilitate enrolment in our courses.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Client Consultation:

• Conduct detailed consultations with prospective clients to understand their professional development needs and career goals.
  
• Recommend appropriate courses based on their objectives and background.
  

2. Relationship Building:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, fostering trust and rapport through ongoing communication and support.
  

3. Sales and Enrollment Management:

• Manage the end-to-end enrolment process for clients interested in our courses, ensuring a seamless experience from inquiry to registration.
  

4. Marketer and competitor analysis:

• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market demands related to digital tech training.
  
• Use insights to adapt consultation approaches and recommend relevant courses.
  

Qualifications and Skills:

• No prior sales experience required;

• Ability to build and maintain effective client relationships.
  
• Excellent communication skills capable of engaging diverse audiences effectively.
