Job Description


  • Responsible for new or existing customers,addressing their inquiries via calls or email.
  • Listen attentively to customer feedbacks for improvements and ensure customers' satisfactions.
  • Have a good understanding of company services and able to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Responsible for updating and maintaining customer databases or records,ensuring all information are up to date.
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Liaise with regulatory authorities on cargo documentation clearance.
  • Assisting in permit declaration.


Job Requirements/Skills


  • GCE 'O' Levels,Diploma or Graduates are welcome to apply.
  • 1 year and above work experiences in customer service/Logistics is an advantage.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to multi tasks and prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Proficient in relevant computer skills and customer service softwares such as Cargo ERP and Portnet.
  • Meticulous and able to work independently.
  • Initiative and willing to learn.
  • 5.5 days work week with transportation and lunch provided.
