Customer Service Executive
job description
- Ensure front desk and waiting area clean and tidy with odorless
- Follow new customer registration guideline and policy.
- Register new customer account at POS system
- Manage incoming calls and messages reply.
- Reminder calls/ whatapps before 1 or 2 days for appointment confirmation .
- Arrange customers appointment and provide after treatment care follow up.
- Monitor outlet new appointment cancellation rate.
- Promoting First trial promotion for new customers.
- Follow up those new consult who haven’t turn up for an appointment.
- Hit monthly new lead turn up target.
- Ensure daily sales updated and tally with POS system.
- Stock check by daily/ weekly.Performed stock receiving process and assist outlet stock tally.
- Billing issues.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills
- Addressing inquiries;
problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in customer service tools
- Added advantage with experience similar to beauty industry
