Outlet Manager

• Collaborate closely with the operation manager and Executive Chef to drive desired business outcomes,mainting high standards of service and food quality.
• uphold the restaurant's cleanliness, hygiene, health, and safety standards.
• Engage in regular operational reviews, proposing improvement plan to management.
• Address customer feedback and complaints swiftly and professionally.
• Conduct orientation and training for new team member.
• Manage staff scheduling, including duty rosters and cleaning tasks.
• Oversee dining reservation and seating arrangements.
• handle cashiering responsibilities, including daily sales and petty cash management.

Skills and Requirements:

• At least 2- 3 years' experience in the management of F&
  B service operation
• Friendly and outgoing personally
• Team player
