We are seeking to hire a Customer Service Manager tasked with handling Key Customers eager to directly engage in day-to-day operations with below responsibilities:


  1. Relationship Management:
    Building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers to foster trust and loyalty.
  2. Issue Resolution:
    Addressing any concerns or issues that key customers may have promptly and effectively.
  3. Account Management:
    Overseeing the overall account management process, including order processing, delivery coordination,billing inquiries, operations coordination with key accounts
  4. Customer Satisfaction:
    Monitoring customer satisfaction levels and implementing strategies in ensuring quality service to key accounts .
  5. Cross-functional Collaboration:
    Working closely with sales,marketing, and project teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.
  6. Reporting and Analysis:
    Providing regular reports and analysis on key customer accounts to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.


The goal is to ensure that key customers receive exceptional service and prompt support, leading to long-term relationships and business growth.




Skillset :
Proactive Hands-on individual with more than 3 years experience of warehousing &
Logistics operations ;
Freight knowledge of both Air &
Sea




Education :
Degree / Diploma in Business / Logistics related
