Our client is a Global MNC, one of the leading players in the IT sector. Due to business needs, they are now recruiting a Customer Service Manager to be part of their team for ongoing transformation projects. They are located in the East – easily accessible.




Responsibilities:


  • Act as the company’s primary liaison for customer communications
  • Collaborate with the Quoting Specialist to ensure the timely provision of pricing information
  • Facilitate the coordination of significant global bidding processes within the defined timelines
  • Oversee the key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs), while also assisting to address any service level concerns.
  • Ensure the timely delivery of tracking/business reports to the various customers
  • Collaborate with both customers/vendors to resolve process-related matters
  • Maintain/Develop daily customers’ relationships via email, phone, or in-person interactions
  • Identify area of improvement to enhance operational efficiency
  • Work alongside various stakeholders to conceptualize/execute new initiatives for the various customers
  • Keep customers well-informed about their order/query statuses, and prioritize their needs accordingly
  • Oversee the submission of accurate forecasts, ensuring timely submission
  • Participate in the necessary internal/external product training sessions
  • All other adhoc duties as assigned


Requirements:


  • Minimum Diploma in any field of studies
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant Customer Service / Sales Support experience
