You will be a key leader responsible for driving the success of our paid search campaigns and maximizing revenue. You’ll oversee a team of inhouse search specialists, ensuring that our strategies align with business goals and deliver exceptional results. Leveraging data analytics, you will guide the team in making informed decisions, turning raw data into actionable insights that inform marketing strategies and contribute to overall business success.




Job Description


  • Responsibilities:

    • Develop and execute paid search marketing strategies for multiple markets across various channels (digital, social, email, etc.), ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
    • Analyze market trends and customer behaviors to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of industry changes.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and integrate marketing strategies with other business functions.
    • Develop and manage performance marketing budgets for multiple markets.
    • Ensure cost-effectiveness and efficiency in all marketing expenditures.
    • Provide regular and ad-hoc reports on performance marketing metrics to the executive team.
    • Communicate key insights and recommendations to drive strategic decision-making.
    • Lead and mentor a team of performance marketing managers across multiple markets.
    • Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture.


Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Math, Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degree is a plus.
  • 8 years of experience in performance marketing, with 5 years of experience operating paid search ad accounts directly.
  • Excellent understanding of paid media channels.
  • Proficiency in data analysis or business intelligence tools (Google Analytics, GDS, Tableau, etc).
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding performance marketing KPIs and targets.
