Director

The Director is a pivotal role position responsible for driving the growth and expansion of SINO-AGRI internationally. The role involves strategic planning, consultation, and implementation of business strategies across various sectors, ensuring the long-term healthy development of international operations. The position requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and the ability to work collaboratively with global teams.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Develop and refine the overall strategic plan for international business

2. Establish strategic objectives for market development, business expansion and brand enhancement

3. Provide expert guidance and consultation for the implementation of strategy plans across various business sectors

4. Advise on human resources strategies and organizational development

5. Foster talent development and promote organizational growth

6. Support the company in delivering training programs focused on organizational development.

7. Undertake other tasks as assigned by senior management

8. Report directly to the headquarters in China

Requirements:

Experience:
Minimum of 15 years in a related field.

Education:
Master’s Degree in Business Management/Development/Administration or equivalent.

Track Record:
Proven track record in similar roles.

Language Proficiency:
Fluent in English and Mandarin, both spoken and written as this position is required to communicate with the chinese management team in China and in charge of handling the chinese clients in the China market.

Industry Experience:
Experience in the agriculture industry is a plus.
