Key Responsibilities


  • Assess client needs and create customized employee benefit strategies.
  • Design, implement, and manage benefit packages, including healthcare, retirement, and wellness programs.
  • Provide guidance on regulatory compliance and best practices.
  • Conduct benefit plan analysis and benchmarking for competitive offerings.

Qualifications
