Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Employee Benefits Consultant. In this role, you will help clients develop and manage benefit programs that attract and retain top talent, ensuring these solutions align with their goals and meet workforce needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess client needs and create customized employee benefit strategies.
  
• Design, implement, and manage benefit packages, including healthcare, retirement, and wellness programs.
  
• Provide guidance on regulatory compliance and best practices.
  
• Conduct benefit plan analysis and benchmarking for competitive offerings.
  
• Educate client employees on benefit programs to enhance understanding and utilization.
  
• Stay informed on industry trends and emerging benefit solutions to offer innovative recommendations.
  
• Monitor and evaluate benefit programs, making adjustments as needed.
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
