Estate Inspection Officer

• Carry out day-to-day estate inspection, identify building related defects within the precinct (including visual defects related to mechanical, electrical, conservancy and horticulture).
  
• Submit day-to-day estate inspection reports
  
• Any ad hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor
  
• 6 months safety checks
  

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a GCE "
  O"
  , NiTEC, Higher NiTEC training will be provided
  
• Have a positive working attitude, proactive and meticulous
  
• No medical barriers
  
• Able to work under pressure
