Events Manager

As the events manager, you will take the lead to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and various stakeholders to ensure successful event deliveries. Aside from client liaison, you will also be coordinating across the kitchen, service and operations departments within our company, to ensure a seamless delivery and perfect event experience for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to product/event conceptualisation and ideation.
  
• Have a strong understanding of clients’ needs, so as to customise proposals to suit their needs
  
• Build strong relationships with clients and work towards repeat and new business opportunities.
  
• Develop Client Liaison Standards and Processes
  
• Create a SOP for Gastrogig’s Client Liaison processes
  
• Create formal and informal training sessions to build and develop service staff’s hospitality etiquette,in addition to our ongoing hospitality training program.
  
• Ensure all events observe a high standard of hygiene, safety and minimise any risk or hazardous exposure.
  
• Ensure food and drink presentation is consistently maintained at the highest standards.
  
• Manage event budget to achieve consistent strong profit margin.
