Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Executive/ Senior Executive to join our Property Tax/ Statutory Valuation team.

This role focuses on coordinating and managing projects related to property tax assessments. A candidate with strong background in project management and excel skills and some knowledge of real estate industry will have an advantage.

EXECUTIVE/ SENIOR EXECUTIVE

RESPONSIBILITIES

· Provide analytical support for tax assessment

· Prepare relevant documents for Clients

· Conduct market research

· Provide administrative support and handling of documents with Client and government agency

REQUIREMENTS

· Diploma in Real Estate, Finance in related field

· Experience in project management preferred

· Good organizational, time management and communication skills

· Able to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing conditions

· Good analytical skills and attention to details
