Key Responsibilities


  • Support the maintenance and implementation of SAP S/4 HANA, SAP Ariba, Order Management System, and Microsoft SharePoint.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into system configurations.
  • Provide know-how expertise and support to end users.
  • Monitor system performance and trouble issues with IT as they arise.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to ensure system integrations and data integrity.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in SAP MM, SAP MDG, SAP Ariba, Order Management System, and Microsoft SharePoint technologies.
  • Train end users on system functionalities and provide ongoing support and guidance.
  • Participate in system upgrades and enhancements, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes.


Requirements


  • Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 3 - 5 years of proven experience working with SAP MM, SAP MDG, SAP Ariba, Order Management System, and Microsoft SharePoint.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Experience in training end users and providing ongoing support.
