Key Responsibilities

• Install, service, support, upgrade, and maintain various types of equipment.
  
• Execute moderate to complex assignments including diagnosing and repairing equipment malfunctions and making necessary adjustments.
  
• Understand and apply knowledge of system parameters and interactions for process development and advanced electronic-mechanical troubleshooting.
  
• Collaborate with the team to achieve and maintain high levels of customer and company satisfaction.
  
• Offer direct, hands-on support for machinery at customer sites.
  
• Prepare and submit detailed technical reports post-service activities.
  
• Manage and use specific jigs effectively during service tasks.
  
• Assist senior engineers with advanced-level functions, like robot teaching and handling sub-units.
  
• Conduct ad-hoc delivery of equipment or parts as needed.

• Minimum Diploma in Electronics/Electrical/Microelectronics Engineering, or related.
  
• Cleanroom working experience will be highly advantageous.
  
• Experience in machine set up/installation/modification/servicing/trouble shooting/repair.
  
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  
• Comfortable with standing-by/working after working hours.
  
• Comfortable with travelling occasionally.
