job description
- Ensure compliance with Singapore tax laws and regulations pertaining to General Ledger (GL) accounting.
- Review and maintain accurate GL accounts, including journal entries, reconciliations, and preparation of financial statements.
- Monitor and analyze financial data to detect risks, discrepancies, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Oversee Accounts Payable (AP) processes, including invoice processing, vendor management, and timely payment disbursement.
- Ensure precise recording of expenses, reconcile accounts promptly, and resolve discrepancies swiftly.
- Manage Accounts Receivable (AR) processes, encompassing customer invoicing, collections, and reconciliations.
- Monitor outstanding customer balances, pursue overdue payments, and address customer inquiries proactively.
- Conduct regular AR aging analysis, assess bad debts, and make provision calculations as necessary.
