As a Finance/HR Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our finance and human resources departments. You will be responsible for overseeing financial activities, managing budgets, optimizing financial processes, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Additionally, you will lead our HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR policy development.

Responsibilities:

Finance:

• Develop and maintain financial policies and procedures
• Manage financial reporting and analysis
• Prepare and present financial statements to senior management
• Develop and manage budgets and forecasts
• Monitor and analyze financial performance and provide recommendations for improvement
• Manage cash flow and ensure adequate funding for operations
• Oversee accounts payable and receivable
• Manage relationships with banks, auditors, and other financial institutions
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and laws
• Provide financial guidance and support to other departments

Human Resources:

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding
• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with business objectives.
• Oversee employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary actions.
• Maintain HR records and ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
• Develop and update HR policies and procedures to foster a positive work environment
• Provide coaching and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters.

Qualifications:

• Degree / professional qualification in accountancy
• Proven experience in finance and HR management roles within the F&
  B or hospitality industry
• Strong knowledge of financial principles, accounting practices, and financial reporting standards
• Familiarity with HR processes, employment laws, and best practices.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and HR metrics.
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and meticulous
• Proficient in financial software and Microsoft Office/Excel
• Knowledge of financial regulations and laws
