About This Role:

This is an individual contributor role focusing on accounts receivable and regulatory reporting. The ideal candidate is results-oriented and proactive in meeting business needs. Responsibilities include managing accounting and finance functions, overseeing day-to-day operations, and preparing financial and regulatory reports in compliance with Financial Reporting Standards.

Responsibilities:

As a Finance Position Staff, your specific duties will include:

1. Managing daily transactional accounting for business/trading activities, overseeing accounts receivables, and ensuring smooth financial processes, including daily cash management and accounting operations.

2. Maintaining accounting records, processing monthly invoices, preparing financial reports and budgets, and supporting commercial and operational decisions related to finance functions. Enhance workflows and financial controls.

3. Assisting with human resources tasks such as managing employee files, processing salaries, implementing training plans, and ensuring employee rights and benefits.

4. Acting as the personal assistant to the CEO, managing daily affairs, scheduling meetings, and supporting senior management to improve operational efficiency.

Requirements:

We are seeking exceptional candidates who meet the following criteria:

1. Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting or equivalent.

2. Minimum of 2 years of accounting experience, preferably with 2 years in a management position.

3. Malaysian Chinese female aged between 25-40 years old.

4. Excellent communication and writing skills in both Chinese and English.

5. Proficient in Singapore Financial Reporting Standards and tax regulations.

6. Strong communication skills, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities, with the flexibility to adapt to a dynamic work environment.

7. Ability to learn quickly, work independently, be proactive, and be hands-on in meeting deliverable timelines.

Salary and Benefits:

1. Salary range from 3000-4500 SGD.

2. Five-day workweek from 9 am to 6 pm.
