Finance Manager

Local Financial Reporting, Taxation &
Financial Management:

• Responsible for precise accounting records for the company's local operations
  
• Manage tax filing tasks, encompassing corporate tax, indirect tax, and withholding tax, to optimize tax provisions and streamline compliance
  
• Collaborate closely with external auditors and tax agents to effectively address audit and tax-related concerns
  
• Act as the primary contact for all tax inquiries from the Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore (IRAS)
  
• Proactively identify and mitigate potential tax risks
  
• Enhance existing accounting processes, internal controls, and procedures for optimal efficiency and compliance
  
• Review and validate daily payment requests
  
• Fulfill other ad hoc tasks assigned by the CFO and Managing Directors
  

Group-Level Financial Management:

• Coordinate and support group-wide activities, including group audits, tax compliance, transfer pricing, and the implementation of the IHQ program
  
• Contribute to conducting of internal audits for group subsidiaries
  
• Assist in streamline financial processes to meet the unique requirements of the IHQ incentive program
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
  
• CPA or equivalent certification preferred
  
• ACCA or CPA certification is a plus
  
• Minimum 5 years working in Corporate Finance in multinational companies and large accounting firms
  
• Demonstrated expertise in International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS)
  
• Proficiency in Microsoft Navision
  
• Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively.
  
• Proficiency in written Chinese and Mandarin speaking is preferred as the incumbent requires to liaise with o oversea counterparts
