Finance Manager

Job Requirement:

-Educational

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance and /or Accounting.
  
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin.
  
• Recognized professional accountancy qualification (e.G.,CPA, ACCA) preferred.
  

-Work Experience

• 8+ years’ experience in finance, accounting, and auditing-related areas, and 2+ years of solid team management experience.
  
• Working in IC design company is preferred.
  

-Capability

• Have professional financial knowledge and accounting processing experience;
  
  
• Proficient in Singapore's accounting standards and policies, familiar with financial, tax, and auditing-related laws and regulations;
  
  
• Have good financial analysis skills, excellent professional judgment skills, and financial processing experience;
  
  
• Familiarwith the application of ERP systems and general office software;
  
  
• Team player and good working attitude;
  
  
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform day-to-day finance processes, responsible for organizing and managing comprehensive financial management and accounting work;
  (eg:
  reviewing financial revenue, expenditure, and year-end accounting, auditing work,)
  
• Develop, maintain, and analyze budgets to improve the company's operational efficiency and capital utilization efficiency;
  
  
• Assist to establish the internal control system for financial management, formulate rules and regulations related to financial management and inspection, and conduct risk control;
  
  
• Assist to review economic contracts and propose forward-looking early warning and measures and suggestions from aspects such as finance, risk control, and policies;
  
  
• Make themanagement of corporate tax revenue, help the company to enjoy preferential tax policies, and reduce corporate tax costs;
  complete tax declaration work on time;
  
  
• Report the company's operating status, results, financial revenue, and expenditure plans, and implementation to the superior, provide financial analysis, and provide financial recommendations.
  
• Liaise with external parties such as banks, government, and other treasury services.
