Finance Manager

Reporting to the CFO, you will lead a sizable team managing across the full spectrum of accounting and finance function, reviewing of month end and year closing of entity books, preparation of group consolidation and management reports, financial statement for audit purposes.

Responsibilities:

· Monitor the day-to-day financial operations within the company

· Oversee financial department employees, including assistant finance manager, accountants and finance executives

· Track the company's financial status and performance to identify areas for potential improvement

· Seek out methods for minimizing financial risk to the company

· Research and analyze financial reports and market trends

· Provide insightful information and expectations to management to aid in long-term and short-term decision making

· Review financial data and prepare monthly and annual reports

· Present financial reports to board members, stakeholders, executives, and clients in formal meetings

· Stay up to date with technological advances and accounting software to be used for financial purposes

· Establish and maintain financial policies and procedures for the company

· Liaising with the external professionals such as corporate secretarial agents, legal and financial advisors, auditors etc. in relation to the corporate finance matters

Requirements:

· Degree in Business, Finance or Accounting with at least 3-5 years of experience

· Prior experience in SGX listed firms is highly desirable

· Excellent organizational skills, ability to prioritize tasks and with strong personal character

· Strong communication skills, written and oral
