Supervisors are responsible for leading the service team. Coaching waiters and developing and disciplining the team with SOS, SOPs and P&
P’s.

Ensuring the team is working cohesively following the restaurant's service standards.

Job Details

  1. Ensure guest satisfaction
  2. Supervise floor, liaise and work hand in hand with BOH to ensure cohesive work flow.
  3. Responsible for daily stocktake and inventory.
  4. Execute directions from ARM/ RM.
  5. Deliver standards and consistent quality of service with attention to profitability and guest satisfaction.
  6. Maintain a prominent visible presence daily.
  7. Provide superior guest service.
