We are seeking a highly motivated Front Office Executive to join our growing company. In this role, you will be the face of our organization, welcoming visitors, handling customer inquiries, and providing administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our office and business.

Responsibilities:


  • Be the first impression:
    Greet visitors warmly and professionally, projecting a positive and friendly demeanour.
  • Communication hub:
    Answer messages, screen visitors, handle inquiries and if necessary direct to the appropriate staff member.
  • Customer service champion:
    Address customer questions and concerns efficiently and courteously, going the extra mile to resolve any issues.
  • Master of organization:
    Manage the reception area, ensuring it is clean, presentable, and well-stocked with necessary materials.
  • Scheduling wiz:
    Schedule appointments, meetings, and coordinate calendars for selected internal staff.
  • Mail and package maestro:
    Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages, and handle outgoing mail.
  • Administrative ace:
    Perform a variety of administrative tasks, such as filing documents, data entry, and maintaining office supplies.
  • Team player:
    Collaborate effectively with colleagues across different Teams.


Qualifications:


  • Minimum:
    'O' Levels certificate, High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service or administrative role (preferred).
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams etc).
  • Proficient in various messaging and social media apps such as WhatsApp, Telegram, etc
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize tasks, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Professional and courteous demeanor.
