Full Set Account Executive

Your Role

We are looking for an experienced Full Set Account Executive to manage the full set (AP, AR, GL) daily accounting activities.

What Will You Do

• Assist in full set account activities.
  
• To manage and lead a team of accountants in delivering best result for the Accounting team
  
• Assist in data entry of receipts and customer invoices in accounting system
  
• Handle Bank reconciliation
  
• To prepare suppliers payment.
  
• To handle petty cash claims.
  
• Any other ad-hoc responsibilities assigned by the management
  

Requirement

• At least Diploma in Accounting or similar
  
• Must have at least 3 years experience
  
• Good knowledge of Microsoft application especially in Excel
  
• Must have experience in industries dealing with FMCG products
  
• Independent with excellent leadership skill neat, organized and meticulous
  
• Will be required to work 1 Saturday (½ day) once a month
