General Manager

We are looking for a passionate and energetic individual to lead the ONE°15 team;
someone who believes inan exceptional guest experience;
is great with people, loves leading and building great teams and has a fastidious eye for detail, which in hospitality is the difference between “good” and “great”.

You will be responsible for:

• Managing all aspects of the ONE°15 operations to ensure optimized revenue and profitability;
  this role has full P&
  L responsibility.
  
• The quality of ONE°15’s service delivery to maximize member and guest satisfaction from their customer experience.
  
• Leading, inspiring and the professional development of our core teams:
  Membership;
  Food and Beverage;
  Marina Operations;
  Marketing &
  Sustainability;
  Marketing Communications;
  Rooms and Sport &
  Recreation;
  Luxury Yacht Chartering;
  Service Quality;
  Engineering;
  Security;
  Procurement;
  HumanResources and Finance.
  
• Strengthening the strong relationships between ONE°15 and its Board of Directors, members, guests, employees, community, government and industry.
  
• Assisting in the development and execution of ONE°15 overall short and long-term strategy.
  

You are likely already a successful general manager of a four-to-five-star hotel or a significant members club;
and leading a multi-functional team, preferably with international experience.

It would also be beneficial if you have an interest or prior experience in the marina industry, yachting, water activities or have a passion for marine or ocean conservation.
