Responsibilities



  • Foster good working relationships between the Sales Gallery and other departments, ensuring clear communication.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor, setting high standards for the team.
  • Assist the Sales Manager in efficiently operating the Sales Gallery and generating reports.
  • Address and resolve guest concerns promptly, coordinating with relevant departments.
  • Ensure exceptional guest service by greeting and registering guests promptly.
  • Regularly audit cash operations and report discrepancies to Finance and Sales departments.
  • Maintain Sales Gallery facilities and assets to high standards.
  • Manage inventory, ordering, and invoices for gallery items.
  • Prepare necessary reports for sales and operations.
  • Handle additional tasks as assigned by supervisors.
  • Prepare and deliver welcome letters to hotels for overseas guests.
  • Conduct monthly audits with the Finance team.
  • Manage ad-hoc gallery administration tasks as needed.


Requirements



  • Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in customer service preferably in hospitality industry.
  • Diploma in relevant field
  • Must be available to work the following working hours.
    - Wednesday to Friday:
    3pm to 11pm
    - Saturday and Sunday:
    10am to 7pm
