Job Descriptions:


  • The full process of recruitment;
    posting job ads, screening the right candidates, and conducting interview
  • Onboarding and Offboarding employees
  • Update and maintain employees' data in the HR system
  • Well-verse of MOM work passes applications, cancellation, and appeal matters.
  • Managing employee grievances etc.
  • Clearance of Withholding Tax and Employee Income Tax
  • Checking time attendance, payroll process
  • Training e.G assessing employees' needs for training and coordination, learning, and development initiative for all employees.
  • Ensure the validity of the correct licenses (SFA licences, Liquor licenses, etc)
  • Admin support for operations
  • Office Administration




Job Requirements:


  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
  • Required language(s):
    English &
    Mandarin to be able to communicate with different background of employees
  • At least 2 Years (s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Required Skill(s):
    Recruitment, Payroll, HR Policies, Training, Employment Act.
  • Preferably those who are familiar with Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service or equivalent.
