HR Assistant




HR/Admin Assistant


  • Perform administrative duties, such as maintaining employee database and sorting emails for the HR department
  • Maintain proper records of employee attendance and leaves
  • Assist senior HR officer in policy formulation, hiring and salary administration
  • Submit online job postings, shortlist candidates and schedule job interviews
  • Coordinate orientation and training sessions for new employees
  • Ensure smooth communication with employees and timely resolution to their queries




Job Requirements:


  • Minimum O level/ HR with at least 2 years of HR Generalist experience
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact with all levels of staff
  • Proactive, independent and a team player
  • Driven and possess positive attitude
  • Familiar with infotech HR systems will be added advantage
  • familiar with Employment Act
  • Familiar with Work permit application.
  • Fluent in Chinese
