1. Recruitment Support


  • Post job openings.


2. Employee Onboarding Support


  • Prepare new hire paperwork and conduct orientation sessions.
  • Ensure new employees complete all required onboarding documents.
  • Set up new employees in the HR system.


3. Employee Records Management:


  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
  • Update employee information in HR databases.
  • Ensure compliance with record-keeping regulations.


4. HR Administration:


  • Workers Payroll
  • Assist with day-to-day HR operations and administrative tasks.
  • Answer employee questions about HR policies and procedures.
  • Assist in the preparation of HR reports and presentations.
  • Coordinate HR events and meetings.


5. Compliance:


  • Ensure the company’s compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Assist in audits and compliance checks.


6. Qualifications:


  • Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • Previous experience in an HR support role is advantageous but not required.
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
