1. Recruitment Support
- Post job openings.
2. Employee Onboarding Support
- Prepare new hire paperwork and conduct orientation sessions.
- Ensure new employees complete all required onboarding documents.
- Set up new employees in the HR system.
3. Employee Records Management:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
- Update employee information in HR databases.
- Ensure compliance with record-keeping regulations.
4. HR Administration:
- Workers Payroll
- Assist with day-to-day HR operations and administrative tasks.
- Answer employee questions about HR policies and procedures.
- Assist in the preparation of HR reports and presentations.
- Coordinate HR events and meetings.
5. Compliance:
- Ensure the company’s compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Assist in audits and compliance checks.
6. Qualifications:
- Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in an HR support role is advantageous but not required.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
