Responsibilities


  • Collaborate with the in-house recruitment team to facilitate recruitment activities across the Group.
  • Provide comprehensive HR generalist support to designated business entities.
  • Take on leadership roles in various HR functions such as staff engagement, training and development, and performance management.
  • Offer recommendations and aid in the development and execution of new HR initiatives and strategies.
  • Compile monthly HR reports for the Group/Business Entities, and prepare statistical reports as needed.
  • Serve as a liaison between the Company and employees, ensuring effective communication and timely resolution of queries.
  • Undertake ad hoc projects and responsibilities as directed by the Reporting Manager.


Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business/Human Resource Management or equivalent from a recognized university.
  • Essential experience in managing extensive in-house recruitment or from a recruitment agency.
  • Knowledge of Singapore Labour Law is essential.
  • Solid understanding of HR processes, practices, and local employment laws.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Outstanding communication skills (both written and verbal) and strong interpersonal abilities.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail and accuracy.
