About the Role


As an HR Intern, you'll dive into the dynamic world of Human Resources, supporting various functions essential to organizational success. Your responsibilities will span across Talent Acquisition operations, Training &
Development programs, and HR project execution. You'll also help prepare internal reports and assist with various HR tasks as needed. Your role will be instrumental in contributing to the overall success of our HR initiatives. You will be reporting to the HR Director.




Key Responsibilities:


  • Support Talent Acquisition operations e.G., recruitment, onboarding and documents management
  • Support Training &
    Development (T&
    D) programs execution
  • Assist in planning and execution of HR projects, meetings and employee engagement activities
  • Assist in HR operations i.E., take ownership of claims related matter
  • Prepare internal HR-related reports, proposals and presentations
  • Perform any other HR tasks or services as required


Job Requirements:


  • Undergraduate pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree;
    a related degree in Human Resources, Business, Humanities or Social Sciences is strongly preferred
  • Available for full-time 6 months internship from Aug 2024 (preferred)
  • Open to part-time interns who can commit for min. 3-4 days per week.
  • Passionate in Human Resource and in joining the FinTech industry
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills;
    both written and verbalin English
  • Willingness to learn and challenge yourself in a dynamic &
    fast-paced environment
  • Able to work and contribute independently and collaboratively
  • Able to manage and work on different tasks and projects
  • Strong working proficiency of MS Office suite and content creation tools will be an advantage
  • Prior HR internship experience is a plus
