Infrastructure Engineer

We are seeking an experienced IT System/Infrastructure Engineer with a strong focus on system, storage, backup and virtualization. The candidate will be responsible for day-to-day support and deployment and maintenance of new systems and infrastructure. In additional, he/she will be involved in pre-sales and deal pursuit, where required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, test and commission servers, storage, network devices, operating systems, application software and management tools.
  
• Oversee the day-to-day operation of the servers, networks, and related infrastructure and services.
  
• Monitor, troubleshoot and remediate issues impacting the operation of the installed systems and infrastructure to ensure the highest level of service availability.
  
• Maintain quality documentation on area of responsibility.
  
• Work on activity planning and implementation for new setup.
  
• Develop and/or review technical solutions in support of pre-sales/deal pursuit, as needed.
  

Qualifications/Training:

• Possess a Degree in Computing, Computer Science/Engineering or IT
  
• Relevant technical and professional certifications are preferred.
  

Experience/Skills:

• 5 to 8 years of related working experience.
