The team boasts a broad-ranging client base, including REITs, private and public companies, institutional investors, insurance companies, sovereign wealth funds, developers, property funds, private banks, high net worth individuals and family offices.
Job summary
We are seeking to hire individuals who are ambitious and passionate about real estate. You will play a pivotal role in analyzing investment opportunities and providing strategic advice to our clients, leveraging expertise in financial modelling, investment analysis and market insights. The role is part analyst and part sales/broker.
Responsibilities
- Support transactions by assisting in marketing, sales, due diligence processes and documentation
- Prepare pitch presentations and Request for Proposal (RFP) submission for clients, showcasing in-depth analysis and strategic recommendations
- Work collaboratively within the team to provide exceptional sales service to clients, ensuring their needs are met effectively
- Conduct market research, financial analysis, underwriting and collaborate with team members to win sale mandates and subsequently execute marketing campaigns
Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, real estate, business or equivalent
- Very strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial modelling, excel cash flow analysis and BOV
- Proven record in preparing comprehensive RFP`s and Power Point presentations
- Strong understanding of clients’ needs, with ability to provide detailed and tailored solutions
- Ability to effectively communicate with clients and stakeholders
- Experience working with developers, REITs, property funds is an advantage
- Knowledge of office, retail, hotel asset classes in the Singapore market preferred
