Investment Manager

Responsibilities

1. Carry out financial modelling and feasibility studies for Investments
   
2. Prepare management reports and board papers
   
3. Evaluate and structure real estate deals and manage the deal execution process including due diligence, negotiation and structuring
   
4. Sourcing, evaluating and closing of financing from new/existing lenders
   
5. Monitoring and analysing investment performance
   
6. Support business development efforts for investment and development opportunities
   
7. Prepare investment proposals including cash flow and financial analysis, presentation and approval papers
   

Requirements

1. Degree in Real Estate, Business, Finance or related discipline.
   
2. Minimum 2 years (Senior Analyst) / 3 years (Manager) of relevant experience in real estate industry.
   
3. Preferably with experience in hospitality &
   experience in healthcare will be an added advantage.
   
4. Familiar with real estate markets
   
5. Possess strong analytical and financial skills
   
6. Knowledge and past experiences in similar Real Estate / Investment and Asset Management roles is a bonus
