It Support Engineer

• To ensure the stable operation of the in-house computer software systems and network connections. This includes planning, developing, installing, configuring, maintaining, supporting, and optimizing all network software and communication links.
  
• Perform troubleshooting &
  execute needed repairs
  
• Provide first level support for end users at desktop &
  infrastructure level.
  
• Respond promptly to incident, investigate &
  provide temporary &
  /or permanent - Control &
  maintain file access permissions on server.
  
• Maintain proper log file of users &
  accessibility matrix.
  
• Perform user account management (e.G. Create password, reset &
  delete)
  

Requirements:

• Diploma in Information Technology
  
• At least 2 years of working experience in IT support role
  
• In depth knowledge of IT systems, databases and applications
  
• Hands on experience with troubleshooting &
  repairing complex IT issues
  
• Self motivated, independent, resourceful with good analytical skills
  
• Strong in communication, presentation &
  interpersonal skills
  
• Posses Class 3-4 driving licence
