Logistics Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Logistics Executive to join our team. This is an entry-level position, and we welcome applications from individuals with little to no experience. You will play a crucial role in supporting our freight operations team, learning and growing with our company.

Responsibilities:

- Assist in coordinating and managing freight shipments, including booking, tracking, and delivery
- Learn and understand freight forwarding processes, regulations, and compliance requirements
- Support the freight operations team in various projects and initiatives
- Develop and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues, customers, and vendors
- Identify areas for improvement and suggest solutions
- Perform other duties as assigned by management

Requirements:

- 0-2 years of work experience (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)
- Strong desire to learn and grow with our company
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Interest in logistics and freight forwarding industry

Work Schedule:

This job has the following work schedule:
5.5 days / week
9am - 6pm
