Logistics Operation Executive

• Lead a team of supervisors and assistants/contractors in their daily work activities to ensure smooth delivery operations
  
• Responsible for planning &
  ensuring smooth operations for our logistics functions
  
• Manage transport vendors in daily operations and resolve operational issues
  
• Ensure all incoming goods are received correctly and in good condition
  
• Maintain full spectrum of daily Logistics &
  Shipment administrationand documentation
  
• Prepares monthly reports on shipments, freight, inventory warehouse and other costs, where required.
  
• Work closely with Sales/Customer teams, Finance &
  Purchase teams, suppliers, customers and forwarders
  
• Maintain logistics databases and assist in the preparation of the transportation and distribution statistics for analysis.
  
• Monitor and analyse key performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to optimize operations
  
• Demonstrates efficient job planning and time scheduling
  
• Conduct weekly and monthly stock take and prepare inventory reports
  
• Ensure store operations run smoothly and maintain housekeeping
  
• Any ad-hoc tasks as assigned
  

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Logistics Management, Supply Chain and/or equivalent experience
  
• Min. 2 years of supervisory experience in handling logistics and warehouse activities
  
• Possessing a forklift license will be an advantage
  
• Class 3 License
  
• Team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
  
• Able to commit to overtime and work weekends and P.H when necessary
