Operations Executive

Responsibilities:

• Manage project requirements, ensuring smooth execution and timely delivery.
  
• Oversee daily operations, meeting targets and lead time in a fast-paced environment.
  
• Liaise with customers and internal stakeholders, addressing project-related matters.
  
• Deploy staff as per client needs, conducting site visits for compliance and troubleshooting.
  
• Manage activities, work schedules, and consolidate staff payroll accurately.
  
• Provide product training to enhance staff skills and knowledge.
  

Requirements:

• Diploma with 2+ years of logistics or warehouse operations experience.
  
• Adaptability to fast-paced operations.
  
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
  
• Experience in Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) or Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) projects
