Job Description
1. Understand contract requirements for MEP works, review MEP design drawings to ensure compliance with specification and guidelines
2. Coordinating M&
E matters on site and liaise with clients and consultants on work progress to ensure works are in accordance with contract specs and drawings and regulations
3. Prepare M&
E program and submissionschedule
4. Prepare / Plan all drawings required to meet submission deadline
5. Draft plans and detailed drawings from sketch and prepare combined service plans
6. Supervise, monitor and inspect all M &
E works to ensure quality of work
7. Provide support and arrange the necessary required inspections
Job Requirement
1. Degree in Electrical/ Mechanical Engineering or Related Fields
2. Minimum 3 years relevant experience in local construction industry
3. Good knowledge in local M&
E related standards &
requirements
4. Good communication and interpersonal skills
5. Familiar with AutoCad or BIM software
