Job Responsibilities:


  • Formulate &
    establish overall construction execution plans together with the Project Manager
  • Supervise &
    manage daily construction operations of projects to meet contractual obligations
  • Manage construction teams to meet safety, quality, schedule and cost-effectiveness of Project
  • Manage alliance partners and subcontractors to perform effectively
  • Study construction KPIs to impove Company's competitive edge
  • Maintain standards and specifications necessary for the construction of projects
  • Steer operational activities to achieve targeted margins
  • Foster team spirit and liase with various Departments to achieve objectives &
    champion Company ISO &
    SHE requirements


Job Requirement:


  • Degree/Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical/Civil/Chemical Engineering or equivalent
  • Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in Managerial capacity in Petrochemical/Oil &
    Gas &
    ChemicalProcess &
    Pharmaceutical Plants
  • Sound knowledge of Process Industry's safety and technical practices
  • Good communication &
    tactful interpersonal skills
  • Good knowledge of pricing strategy and pricing at Industry level
  • Strong leadership qualities with good analytical &
    conceptual skills
  • Willing to work at Jurong Island / Bukom Island site
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Must be willing to travel /posted overseas when required
