Job Responsibilities:
- Formulate &
establish overall construction execution plans together with the Project Manager - Supervise &
manage daily construction operations of projects to meet contractual obligations - Manage construction teams to meet safety, quality, schedule and cost-effectiveness of Project
- Manage alliance partners and subcontractors to perform effectively
- Study construction KPIs to impove Company's competitive edge
- Maintain standards and specifications necessary for the construction of projects
- Steer operational activities to achieve targeted margins
- Foster team spirit and liase with various Departments to achieve objectives &
champion Company ISO &
SHE requirements
Job Requirement:
- Degree/Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical/Civil/Chemical Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in Managerial capacity in Petrochemical/Oil &
Gas &
ChemicalProcess &
Pharmaceutical Plants - Sound knowledge of Process Industry's safety and technical practices
- Good communication &
tactful interpersonal skills - Good knowledge of pricing strategy and pricing at Industry level
- Strong leadership qualities with good analytical &
conceptual skills - Willing to work at Jurong Island / Bukom Island site
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Must be willing to travel /posted overseas when required
