Reporting to CFO, the Manager Corporate Finance plays a strategic and integral role in Finance Division. He/she will work with an existing manager to support CFO as a key business partner to provide oversight of the group entities, manage the governance matters of the group and to support growth of the businesses, where applicable.


Responsibilities:
1. Oversee more than twenty group entities of the Company, including the provision of financial oversight of these entities and monitoring the business operations of these entities to manage financial risks. 2. Ensure governance among the group entities, including the review of business processes and the alignment of Group’s procedures and policies. 3. Support the group entities, where appropriate, in financial related matters and projects including but not limited to major capital expenditure, expansion plans, funding requirements, review of accounting treatments, base erosion profit sharing adoption etc. 4. Support new entity and business set up, merger and acquisition of target entities where applicable, including the review of business models, assessing funding requirements and ensuring compliance with corporate governance requirements. 5. Review and manage tax risk and opportunities for the Group’s existing operations and new investment including but not limited to developing and implementing strategic tax planning and efficient tax structure for cross-border set up and transactions with support from tax advisor. 6. Manage the treasury functions on behalf of the Company including monitoring the cashflow, executing the hedge programme, reviewing, and making recommendation on funds placement where appropriate. 7. Support the engagement and activities for both internal and external audit for the Group. 8. Provide secretarial support to the Audit Committee where appropriate. 9. Support the review of interested party transactions. 10. Support the Controlled Self-Assessment programme launched for the Group. 11. Manage and mentor team members to greater levels of effectiveness and engagement. 12. Undertake any other ad-hoc projects or tasks as assigned by management. Requirements:
1. Degree in Accounting, ACCA or related field. 2. Accredited tax practitioner/advisor will be a plus. 3. At least 10 years of relevant experience in commercial or professional accounting firms. 4. Comfortable working with cross-functional teams and all levels of leadership. 5. Knowledge of SGXNET Listing Rules and Code of Corporate Governance will be an advantage. 6. Knowledge of SAP S/4 HANA, SAP ECC 6.0, Tableau or other reporting tools will be an advantage. 7. Must demonstrate confidence, good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders.
