We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Brand Marketing Manager to lead our multi-channel brand marketing strategy from end to end. The successful candidate will drive brand awareness and improve brand sentiment through various channels, including social media, email marketing, community outreach, strategic partnerships, brand collaborations, PR, and 360 campaigns. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in brand marketing and team leadership.




Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop and Implement Brand Marketing Strategy:
    Plan and execute a comprehensive multi-channel brand marketing strategy to drive brand awareness and sentiment.
    • Channels include, but are not limited to, social media, email marketing, community outreach, strategic partnerships, brand collaborations, PR, and 360 campaigns.

  • Team Coordination and Support:
    Lead and support a talented team of creatives to achieve marketing goals and measure results.
    • Optimize team structure for improved governance, efficiency, and cross-team collaboration.

  • Cross-Functional Partnership:
    Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Growth Marketing, Product, and Operations to ensure alignment and a streamlined customer experience.
    • Drive synergy and efficiency in cross-functional initiatives.

  • Performance Measurement:
    Plan and measure performance KPIs to identify trends, revenue drivers, and opportunities.
    • Present findings and insights to the leadership team to inform strategic decisions.

  • Market and Competitive Analysis:
    Stay up-to-date on competitive landscape and market trends.
    • Continuously innovate in storytelling and brand identity to maintain a competitive edge.


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in brand marketing, with a proven track record of developing and executing successful multi-channel marketing strategies.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience in managing and coordinating creative teams.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in using marketing analytics tools to measure performance and derive actionable insights.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of market trends, competitive landscape, and innovative marketing techniques.
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proven experience in planning and driving comprehensive brand marketing strategies.
  • Demonstrated success in improving brand awareness and sentiment through various marketing channels.
  • Experience in optimizing team structures for better governance, efficiency, and collaboration.
  • Strong background in measuring marketing performance and presenting findings to senior leadership.
