job description

  • Handling visa applications, sourcing of hotels and flights ticket arrangement.
  • Handles office &
    operations admin related task include sourcing &
    purchases.
  • Processing of general operations tasks in purchasing &
    general expenses claims.
  • Coordination &
    liaison with technical dept on purchasing requirements &
    processing of orders.
  • Corporate name cards, gifts, printing, stationery and office pantry provisions.
  • Premise maintenance, renewal, office house-keeping, courier/mails.
  • Liaise directly with external vendor and service contractors.
  • Prepare documentations related to ISO/OHSAS compliances.
  • Filing and archiving of documents for Admin Operations Dept for ISO documentations.
  • Input, update &
    maintain HR database, ensuring accuracy of information.
  • Monitor attendance reporting, attendance management &
    timekeeping.
  • Attending to HR related inquiries from internal and inter-company personnel.
  • Front office customer service &
    visitors.
  • Assist in events/seminar/exhibitions.
