Duties And Responsibilities

• Able to carry out welding. Good welding skills on SMAW/TIG/MIG processes will be added advantage.
  
• Able to weld accurately and quickly and must be able to interpret.
  
• Operate and inspect completed work to determine success.
  
• Maintain a clean and organized work area on a daily basis
  Conduct daily machine and tool preventive maintenance.
  
• Perform scheduled maintenance on the equipment including forklift and excavator.
  
• Assist the welding Lead-hand to complete the work scope within the time frame given and perform self-inspection on finished workpiece.
  
• Demonstrates efficient job planning and time scheduling.
  
• Must execute all tasks with all prescribed safety equipment in place and person using applicable OSHA rules for themselves and the mechanical technicians.
  
• Any other tasks as and when assigned by manager/management.
  
• Ensure all incoming goods are received correctly and in good condition.
  
• Conduct weekly and monthly stock take and prepare inventory reports.
  
• Ensure store operations run smoothly and maintain housekeeping
  
• Any other ad hoc duties assigned·
  Requirements
  
• At least 4-5 years of relevant working experience in warehouse management other project management.
  
• Independent and fast learner with a positive attitude.
  
• Possessing a forklift license, Workplace Safety &
  Health in metalwork, construction sites, shipyard safety instruction course for workers' general trade, hot work trade will be an advantage.
