You will reporting to the CEO and your responsibilities include:


  • Provide comprehensive administrative and clerical support to the CEO's office.
  • Manage the CEO's calendar, schedule meetings, and notify directors accordingly.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including itinerary preparation and expense management.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive documents with professionalism.
  • Welcome visitors, manage phone calls, and relay messages promptly.
  • Oversee office management tasks and ensure smooth operations.
  • Assist with personal tasks and errands as required.
  • Prepare meeting agendas and support in office budgeting and procedural maintenance.
  • Organise company events, conferences, and special projects.
  • Support in filing and document preparation related to sales and trade activities.
  • Undertake additional duties as assigned.




  • At least 2 years of experience
  • Strong organisational skills with excellent coordination and follow-up abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.).
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information securely.
  • Prior experience in administrative roles, personal assistance, or secretarial positions in a plus in order to understand the job context.
