You will reporting to the CEO and your responsibilities include:
- Provide comprehensive administrative and clerical support to the CEO's office.
- Manage the CEO's calendar, schedule meetings, and notify directors accordingly.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including itinerary preparation and expense management.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive documents with professionalism.
- Welcome visitors, manage phone calls, and relay messages promptly.
- Oversee office management tasks and ensure smooth operations.
- Assist with personal tasks and errands as required.
- Prepare meeting agendas and support in office budgeting and procedural maintenance.
- Organise company events, conferences, and special projects.
- Support in filing and document preparation related to sales and trade activities.
- Undertake additional duties as assigned.
- At least 2 years of experience
- Strong organisational skills with excellent coordination and follow-up abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.).
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information securely.
- Prior experience in administrative roles, personal assistance, or secretarial positions in a plus in order to understand the job context.
