POSITION:
PROCUREMENT EXECUTIVE

(5 days work week, near MRT)

Job Responsibilities

• Negotiate and renew procurement contracts, terms and pricing with suppliers.
  
• Issue purchase orders and follow up on delivery schedules and backorder items.
  
• Maintain strong relationship with existing suppliers.
  
• Maintain accurate records of purchase, pricing and supplier contracts.
  
• Update and follow up with existing/new supplier, pricing, new item etc.
  
• Consolidate month end report to finance team.
  
• Maintain Inventory list for cost, code and drug profile.
  
• Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies and legal requirements.
  
• Update master list (existing/new supplier, pricing, new item etc.) and maintain accurate records of purchase, pricing and supplier contracts.Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
  
• Conduct market research to stay updated on company needs and pricing.
  
• Work closely with the doctor, clinic managers and finance teams to understand procurement needs and issues.
  
• Support project teams in sourcing materials and services for new projects.
  
• Administrative duties (filing and scanning of documents, data entries, etc).
  
• Any other ad-hoc duties which the superior may assign from time to time.
  

Qualifications

To qualify for this position, you must possess the following:

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in a related field.
  
• Minimum 2 - 4 years of relevant experience.
  
• Experience in healthcare procurement is an advantage.
